Pretzels
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 4 c flour
- 1 12 c warm water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
- coarse salt
Directions
- Mix yeast water sugar and salt in a bowl
- Add flour mix well
- Put dough on wax paper knead until smooth
- Cut pieces and make into shapes not too thick not too thin
- Put on cookie sheet
- Brush with beaten egg sprinkle them with coarse salt Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown
