Prime Rib Roast Beef

Ingredients

• 1 pkg au jus mix
• 1 pkg dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
• 1 can beef broth
• 3 c water
• 3 to 4 lb roast frozen and cut to fit in crock-pot

Directions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients with 3 cups water
2. Put frozen roast in crock-pot
3. Pour liquid mixture over it
4. Put lid on and cook on low overnight
5. Serve
6. Cut in thin slices on Kaiser buns
