Prize Winning Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 34 c Quaker oats quick or old fashioned
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c tomato juice
• 12 c ketchup
• 1 egg beaten
• 14 c chopped onion
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly
3. Press into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan
4. Bake for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink
5. Drain and let stand for 5 minutes before serving
