Prize Winning Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 12 c ketchup
• 1 egg or egg white
• 14 c chopped onion
• 14 tsp pepper
• 34 c Quaker Oaks uncooked
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 lb lean ground beef

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients except ground beef mix well
3. Add ground beef mix lightly but thoroughly Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan
4. Bake 1 hour
5. Drain
6. Let stand 5 minutes
7. Makes 8 servings
