Pronto Dip

Ingredients

• 1 carton cottage cheese 12 or 16 oz depending on how many are coming
• 2 to 8 Tbsp Pace picante sauce

Directions

1. Whiz the cheese in a Waring-type blender
2. After several seconds add picante sauce enough to both taste and color
3. Serve with corn chips or on lettuce tomato optional as a salad
