Pronto Pups

Ingredients
- 1 lb frankfurters or about 15 wieners
- 12 c cornmeal
- 1 12 c flour
- 14 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add egg and milk and beat until smooth
- Dip franks in batter and fry until brown
- Drain on paper towels
- If batter is too thick add some more milk
