Protein-Plus Muffins

- 12 c chopped pitted dates
- 14 c chopped walnuts
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp orange peel grated
- 34 c orange juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
