Prune Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 c Wesson oil
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 c flour
• pinch of salt
• 1 c mashed prunes cooked
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Whip together eggs Wesson oil and sugar then mix in buttermilk salt flour prunes cloves vanilla nutmeg allspice and cinnamon
2. Combine with oil mixture and bake in tube pan at 300 for 45 minutes
3. This is great for Christmas
