Prune Pecan Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 1 c Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 1 c pecans chopped
  • 1 c prunes cooked and chopped
  • 1 small childs size box seedless raisins

Directions

  1. Cream sugar with Wesson oil
  2. Add eggs 1 at a time beating after each
  3. Mix flour with spices
  4. Beat in flour and milk alternately
  5. Add nuts prunes and raisins
  6. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes
