Pudding Mix

Ingredients

• 4 c nonfat dry milk solids
• 1 13 c cornstarch
• 1 to 1 13 c cocoa
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 23 c sugar
• 2 c milk
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Store dry ingredients in airtight container
2. For pudding combine 1 cup mix with milk in pan
3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
4. Stir in butter and vanilla
5. Yields 9 batches 4 servings per batch
