Pudding Poke Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 2 layer size yellow cake mix or any flavor or your favorite homemade cake ingredients for cake mix
- 2 pkg 4 serving size chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling or any flavor
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 4 c cold milk
Directions
- Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package for 13 x 9-inch cake
- Remove from oven
- Poke holes at once down through cake to pan with round handle of wooden spoon
- Holes should be at 1 inch spaces
- After holes are made combine pudding mix with sugar in large bowl
- Gradually stir in milk
- Beat with electric mixer at low speed for not more than 1 minute
- Quickly pour half of thin pudding over warm cake and into holes
- Let rest of pudding sit for 1 minute then spoon and swirl over cake
- Chill in refrigerator
