Pudding Puzzle Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 c light brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- Grease six 6-ounce custard cups
- In saucepan melt butter and chocolate stirring until blended and smooth
- Remove from heat
- In bowl combine flour 12 cup sugar and baking powder stir in milk vanilla and chocolate mixture Blend thoroughly
- Spoon batter into custard cups
