Pull Apart Cake Breakfast Or Brunch

Ingredients

  • 14 c sugar
  • 1 small pkg butterscotch pudding not instant
  • 1 pkg frozen Parker House rolls
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 c pecans chopped

Directions

  1. Make night before
  2. Cover with plastic wrap to allow dough to thaw and rise
  3. Leave on counter overnight and bake in the morning
  4. Grease Bundt or angel food cake pan
  5. Sprinkle some of the pecans and all the granulated sugar in pan
  6. Place frozen dough balls evenly on top of pecans and sugar
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and pudding evenly on top
  8. Melt brown sugar and butter together and spoon over dough
  9. Do not pour over dough
  10. Add remaining pecans
  11. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  12. Allow to set for 10 minutes before removing from pan
  13. Flip rolls onto a serving dish
