Pumpkin-Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c canned pumpkin
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 23 c water
- 3 13 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c coarsely ground walnuts
Directions
- In a large bowl beat the eggs
- Add pumpkin sugar oil and water mix well
- Combine flour soda salt cinnamon and nutmeg Add all at once to first mixture
- Stir in nuts
- Bake in 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch bread pans at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes
- Great served with cream cheese
