Pumpkin-Pecan Bread

Ingredients

• 3 12 c flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 3 c sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp allspice
• 2 c cooked pumpkin
• 4 eggs beaten
• 1 c oil
• 23 c water
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 1 c dates or raisins

Directions

1. Combine flour soda salt sugar cinnamon nutmeg and allspice in large mixing bowl
2. Make a deep well in center
3. Add pumpkin eggs oil water pecans and raisins
4. Mix just enough to moisten all ingredients
