Pumpkin And Streusel Muffins

Ingredients
- 166 oz pkg Pillsbury nut quick bread mix
- 13 c raisins
- 34 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 34 c canned pumpkin
- 12 c milk
- 14 c oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups
- In large bowl combine all muffin ingredients stir 50 to 75 strokes until dry particles are moistened breaking up any lumps
- Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups
