Pumpkin Bread DaveS Favorite
Ingredients
- 1 c corn oil
- 3 c sugar
- 3 12 c flour
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 23 c water
Directions
- Mix all together by hand or electric mixer mixer is faster and more thorough
- Bake in loaf pans greased one pound coffee cans or other cans
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour Springs back to touch when done
