Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c unsifted flour
• 2 c sugar
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 16 oz pumpkin
• 34 c oil
• 13 c orange juice
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 12 c raisins
• confectioners sugar

Directions

1. Oven 350
2. Grease and flour Bundt pan
3. Combine first 6 ingredients
4. Set aside
5. Beat together pumpkin oil orange juice eggs and vanilla
6. Add dry ingredients
7. Fold in nuts and raisins
8. Bake for 55 minutes
9. Sprinkle on confectioners sugar when cool
