Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 3 c unsifted flour
- 2 c sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 16 oz pumpkin
- 34 c oil
- 13 c orange juice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c raisins
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- Oven 350
- Grease and flour Bundt pan
- Combine first 6 ingredients
- Set aside
- Beat together pumpkin oil orange juice eggs and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients
- Fold in nuts and raisins
- Bake for 55 minutes
- Sprinkle on confectioners sugar when cool
