Pumpkin Cake Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs one 8 oz container Egg Mates
  • 1 lb can pumpkin
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 14 tsp lite salt
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp cloves
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 12 c I Cant Believe Its Not Butter melted
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Mix eggs or Egg Mates pumpkin salt sugar ginger cinnamon and cloves together
  2. Pour into pan
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top
  4. Drizzle melted butter substitute over mix
  5. Top with chopped nuts
  6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
  7. Cut into squares desired number of squares while still warm
