Pumpkin Cake Or Bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1 14 cups oil
• 2 cups pumpkin
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 12 cup nuts optional
• 2 Tbsp baking powder

Directions

1. Mix eggs oil sugar together and add pumpkin
2. Mix well Mix flour soda salt cinnamon and baking powder together and add to wet ingredients
3. Fold in nuts or raisins
4. Bake in floured bundt pan or loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees
