Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c graham cracker crumbs
• 1 c plus 1 Tbsp sugar
• 6 Tbsp melted butter
• 16 oz cream cheese softened
• 1 16 oz can pumpkin
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp ginger and nutmeg
• 18 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 pt sour cream 2 c
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter
2. Press into bottom of 10-inch spring-form pan
3. Chill
