Pumpkin Cheese Cake Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 13 c light brown sugar packed
- 12 c pecans finely chopped
- 34 c granulated sugar
- 12 c pumpkin
- 1 12 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In medium bowl combine
- flour and brown sugar
- Cut in butter to make a crumb
- mixture
- Stir in nuts
- set aside 34 cup mixture for
- topping
- Press remaining mixture into bottom of 8-inch square baking pan
- Bake
- in
- preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes
- Cool
- slightly
- In large mixer bowl combine cream cheese
- granulated
- sugar
- pumpkin
- eggs
- cinnamon allspice and vanilla
- blend
- untilsmooth
- Pour
- over baked crust Sprinkle with
- remaining
- toppingBake an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until firm
- Cool
- Cut in bars
