Pumpkin Crisp
Ingredients
- 16 oz can natural pumpkin
- 15 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c melted margarine
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper
- Mix pumpkin milk sugar cinnamon and eggs pour into pan
- Pour dry cake mix over mixture
- Top with nuts and cooled margarine
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
- Invert on tray
