Pumpkin Crisp

Ingredients

  • 16 oz c solid pumpkin
  • 14 oz c sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 c margarine

Directions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch or two 8 x 8-inch pans
  2. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture
  3. Press nuts into cake mix
  4. Drizzle melted margarine over cake mix
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  6. Can be frozen
