Pumpkin Crisp

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can natural pumpkin
  • 15 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 c melted margarine
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper
  3. Mix pumpkin milk sugar cinnamon and eggs pour into pan
  4. Pour dry cake mix over mixture
  5. Top with nuts and cooled margarine
  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
  7. Invert on tray
