Pumpkin Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 29 oz pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 13 oz evaporated milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 to 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 large pkg yellow cake mix
- 34 c nuts
- 1 12 sticks margarine
Directions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle cake mix over top then nuts
- Melt oleo and drizzle over all
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean
