Pumpkin Delight
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 14 lb melted margarine
- 1 29 oz can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 12 c white sugar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Take out 1 cup dry cake mix
- Put aside
- Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and the melted margarine
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix together the pumpkin eggs white and brown sugar evaporated milk and cinnamon
- Spread on cake dough
