Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 small cans pumpkin
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- dash of salt
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp cloves
- 14 tsp nutmeg optional
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
Directions
- Beat pumpkin eggs sugar spices and salt
- Add milk
- Mix well
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle cake mix on top dry
- Cut up stick of margarine on top
- Bake at 375 to 400 about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
