Pumpkin Dessert Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 14 c cooking oil
- 12 c nuts optional
Directions
- Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- Make a well in the center then add all of the other ingredients
- Put into 2 loaf pans which have been greased and floured
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
