Pumpkin Ice Cream Squares
Ingredients
- 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
- 14 c sugar
- 14 c oleo melted
- 1 c pumpkin
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp ginger
- 18 tsp cloves
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream softened
- whipped cream and pecans if desired
Directions
- Mix crumbs sugar and butter in bottom of 9-inch square pan Combine pumpkin sugar salt and spices
- Fold in ice cream
- Pour over crumbs
- Cover
- Freeze
- Cut into squares 20 minutes before serving
