Pumpkin Mousse Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 4 serving size pkg Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 34 c cold milk
  • 12 c solid pack pumpkin
  • 34 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 12 c Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell cooled

Directions

  1. Prepare pie filling mix as directed on package with 34 cup milk
  2. Blend in pumpkin spice and 2 cups whipped topping Spoon into pie shell Chill at least 4 hours
  3. Spread with remaining whipped topping Store leftover pie in refrigerator
