Pumpkin Or Squash Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 12 c pumpkin or squash cooked
- 1 12 c evaporated milk
Directions
- Beat eggs and add sugar salt and spices
- Mix well may use a blender
- Add butter pumpkin and milk and mix until well blended
- Pour into unbaked pastry crust
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
- Then finish baking at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean
