Pumpkin Orange Honey Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can orange juice concentrate
- 4 eggs
- 2 c pumpkin puree
- 13 lb butter melted
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 orange zest of
- 1 12 c honey
- 4 c unbleached white flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix orange juice eggs pumpkin puree butter sour cream and orange zest until well blended
- Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture
- Stir gently until dry ingredients are moistened but avoid overmixing
- Bake in oiled muffin tins at 350 until golden brown on top approximately 25 minutes
