Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 c pumpkin
• 23 c sugar
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 23 c corn syrup
• 12 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 c pecan halves
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

1. Stir together 2 slightly beaten eggs pumpkin 23 cup sugar and pie spice
2. Spread over bottom of pastry shell
3. Combine 2 beaten eggs corn syrup 12 cup sugar melted butter and vanilla Stir in pecan halves
4. Spoon over pumpkin mixture
5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until filling is set
