Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c pumpkin
- 23 c sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 23 c corn syrup
- 12 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions
- Stir together 2 slightly beaten eggs pumpkin 23 cup sugar and pie spice
- Spread over bottom of pastry shell
- Combine 2 beaten eggs corn syrup 12 cup sugar melted butter and vanilla Stir in pecan halves
- Spoon over pumpkin mixture
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until filling is set
