Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 c or 1 1 lb can pumpkin
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 14 tsp cinnamon
- 34 tsp ginger
- 12 tsp cloves
- 1 13 c evaporated milk
Directions
- Mix ingredients in order and pour into a 9-inch pie shell Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 and bake 45 to 55 minutes
