Pumpkin Pie Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 12 c sugar
- 1 large can solid-packed pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 sticks margarine
Directions
- Mix eggs sugar cinnamon pumpkin and milk with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes
- Blend well
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle entire box of cake mix evenly over the top
- Then sprinkle with chopped nuts
- Bake 1 hour at 350
- Let cool and serve cold
