Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 c cooked pumpkin
  • 34 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp cloves
  • 12 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 13 oz evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Mix in order given
  2. Place in 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  3. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then at 350 for 45 minutes
  4. Done when knife inserted comes out clean
