Pumpkin Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 c cooked pumpkin
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cloves
- 12 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 13 oz evaporated milk
Directions
- Mix in order given
- Place in 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then at 350 for 45 minutes
- Done when knife inserted comes out clean
