Pumpkin Pie Or CustardDiabetic

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope D-Zerta vanilla or butterscotch pudding
- 14 c evaporated skim milk
- 1 c skim milk
- 2 c 1 No 303 can cooked pumpkin
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp sugar substitute
Directions
- Beat eggs until frothy
- Stir pudding mix and evaporated milk to smooth paste
- Add this and all other ingredients to eggs and stir until well blended
