Pumpkin Pie Squares
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 12 c melted margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 large can Libbys pumpkin pie mix
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 1 c reserved cake mix
- 14 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 c margarine
Directions
- Grease only bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Empty cake mix into bowl and measure out 1 cup put aside for topping
- Add melted margarine and 1 beaten egg to cake mix in bowl
- When thoroughly mixed press firmly into pan
