Pumpkin PieMakes 2 Pies

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 large or 2 small cans pumpkin
  • 1 34 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scant tsp ginger
  • 1 12 cans condensed milk or use 2 cans if you use 2 small cans pumpkin
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

  1. Blend beaten eggs canned pumpkin sugar salt cloves cinnamon ginger and nutmeg
  2. Slowly add condensed milk
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells
  5. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 375 for about 45 minutes or until you can cut center with a knife and none of the pie filling clings to it
