Pumpkin Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 2 12 c sugar
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp ground cloves
- 1 can 15 oz pumpkin peered
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- In a mixing bowl blend sugar and oil
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well
- Combine flour baking soda cinnamon nutmeg salt and cloves
- Add to egg mixture alternately with pumpkin Pour into a greased 12 cup fluted tube pan
- Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes
- Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cure rack
- Cool completely and dust with sugar
