Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 34 c pumpkin
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 34 c flour
- 3 eggs
- chopped nuts
Directions
- Grease pan or line with greased foil
- Pour batter and sprinkle with chopped nuts
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
- Flip cake out onto a towel
- Pull off foil and roll towel and cake together while still hot
- Cool 1 to 2 hours
- Unwrap and spread with icing
