Pumpkin Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 12 to 4 34 c flour
- 1 pkg active yeast
- 1 14 c milk
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 12 c canned pumpkin
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Combine 2 cups flour and yeast
- In saucepan heat milk shortening sugar and salt until warm
- Add to dry mixture
- Add egg and pumpkin
- Beat at low speed 12 minute
- Beat 3 minutes on high
- Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough
