Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

• seeds from a Jack-o-lantern
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Wash seeds thoroughly
2. Spread on a cookie sheet sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray
3. Toast at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden color
4. Sprinkle with salt
5. Eat
