Pumpkin Soup With Rivels

Ingredients
- 1 medium pumpkin
- 12 gal milk
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Peel pumpkin and cut into small squares
- Boil until soft Do not drain water
- Add milk until pumpkin is covered
- Bring to a simmer
- Add salt and pepper
- Beat eggs with fork
- Add flour slowly and keep mixing until it gets a little thick like dumplings
- Drop this mixture into pumpkin 12 teaspoon at a time let simmer 20 minutes
- Serve
