Pumpkin Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg spice cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 12 c water
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine cake mix eggs pumpkin water oil pudding mix and cinnamon
- Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes Stir in pecans
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
- Frost with cream cheese frosting or serve with whipped cream
