Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg spice cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 c canned pumpkin
• 12 c water
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl combine cake mix eggs pumpkin water oil pudding mix and cinnamon
2. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes Stir in pecans
3. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done
4. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
5. Frost with cream cheese frosting or serve with whipped cream
