Pumpkin Stew

Ingredients
- 4 c cubed peeled pumpkin or winter squash cubed
- 14 oz tomatoes with liquid
- 12 c chicken broth
- 2 c fresh green beans
- 1 c fresh corn or frozen
- 12 c onions sliced
- 12 c green pepper chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- In large saucepan mix all ingredients
- Bring to a boil reduce heat
- Cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes
