  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 14 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 c honey
  • 1 c canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Position rack in center of oven Generously butter a 9 x 5-inch metal loaf pan and set aside Sift flour baking soda salt cinnamon ginger and nutmeg into a medium bowl or onto a large sheet of waxed paper spread on work surface Set aside
