Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients
- 12 c canned pumpkin
- 1 12 c milk
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 18 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Sift together pumpkin eggs milk and butter
- In a separate bowl combine flour baking powder salt sugar and nutmeg
- Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture
- Stir until thoroughly combined
- Bake in waffle iron
