Ingredients
- 4 c sugar
- 2 c strong black tea
- 2 12 c orange juice
- 12 oz maraschino cherries
- 3 gal water
- ice cubes
- 2 c water
- 2 c lemon juice
- 5 c pineapple juice
- 2 qt dry ginger ale
Directions
- Make a syrup by boiling sugar and 2 cups water for 10 minutes Add tea and juices
- Chill 2 or 3 hours
- Strain if desired
- Add cherries with juice 3 gallons water and ginger ale
- Pour over ice cubes in punch bowl
- Serve
- Yields 75 servings
