Pupu Korean
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb drummettes or chicken wings
- 2 tsp salt
- flour
- 12 c shoyu
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 stalk green onion finely minced
- 1 skin chili pepper minced or 6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Salt chicken dredge in flour or add salt and pepper to about half a bag of
- a plastic bag the kind that you get from the supermarket
- with your vegetables
- Shake your drummettes in the bag no

- Deep
- fry chicken
- Dip while hot in sauce made with remaining ingredients
