Ingredients
- 1 chicken 3 to 5 lb or 2 small chickens cut up
- 8 c chicken stock
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 c fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 c heavy cream
- 3 hard-boiled egg yolks minced
Directions
- Put the chicken in a large saucepan
- Cover with the stock and parsley
- Bring to a boil
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour
