Ingredients

  • 1 chicken 3 to 5 lb or 2 small chickens cut up
  • 8 c chicken stock
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 c fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 c heavy cream
  • 3 hard-boiled egg yolks minced

Directions

  1. Put the chicken in a large saucepan
  2. Cover with the stock and parsley
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
