Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 12 6-inch corn or 8-inch flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 c shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese 8 oz
Directions
- Rub both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil place on waxed paper or a paper plate Microwave each tortilla on 100 high for 45 seconds Sprinkle cheese on hot tortilla fold tortilla in half Microwave on 100 high for 35 seconds or until cheese melts Repeat procedure for each tortilla and serve immediately
